NOVO Development and Healthcare Development Partners have teamed with Signet Health to develop Behavioral Health Hospitals nationally. We currently have under development six hospitals with a program aimed at developing thirty hospitals over the next seven years. The proto-typical design is a single-story, 80,000 square foot facility that will contain 96-beds. 48 adult beds, 24 adolescent beds and 24 geriatric beds.

Oasa Health

Sierra Bloom Medical Building
NOVO Development and Healthcare Development Partners have teamed on a 87,300 sf, 4 story spec medical office building located conveniently to the Scottsdale and North Scottsdale markets. The spec medical building will be located within the Sierra Bloom Medical Office Campus on the Loop 101 and 90th Street. The building will be surrounded by complimentary medical and ambulatory uses along with walkable retail amenities and hotel. The building is scheduled to break ground Fall of 2022.

Sierra Bloom Medical Campus
This 43-acre medical campus is one of the largest of its kind in the Southwestern United States. This mixed-us development will total approximately 900,000 square feet of medical and wellness uses, including: Senior Living; Behavioral Health; Imaging; Ambulatory Surgery Center; Urgent Care and general physician practices. The project also includes walkable retail amenities and a hotel.

Algodón Center
Strategically located off the Loop 101/Agua Fria freeway in the City of Phoenix, Algodón Center is a 1,000 acre mixed use park powering a pro-growth region where businesses from Fortune 500 to small companies can embrace innovation. LogistiCenter at Copperwing
Spanning over 1,400 acres of industrial zoned land, Copperwing is designed to provide development sites for industrial manufacturing, warehouse and distribution centers. Conveniently located on the Northern Parkway equidistant to the Loop 101 and Loop 303 freeways, Copperwing offers great access to skilled labor, a pro-business environment and lots accessible to the BNSF rail line.

THE TEAM
In 2013, Kurt Rosene and Justin Miller founded Novo Development with the idea that a smaller company with a single point of contact would provide its’ partners and clients the best path to reach their development and investment goals in commercial real estate.
After working for decades in the corporate development and commercial brokerage world, Kurt and Justin have grown the company through excellent service and treating people the right way. In 2016 Novo added construction management services to Novo’s list of expertise. This is where 3 Specialties | 1 Company was born.

Kurt Rosene
For more than thirty years, Mr. Rosene has directed land and property development activities throughout North America. He is also responsible for strategic business development, land acquisition, financing, incentives, design, construction, and operational management of real estate services. Mr. Rosene has extensive experience in mixed-use development and health & wellness campuses.

Justin Miller
Mr. Miller began his career more than twenty-two years ago spending the first 12 years as an office leasing broker where he represented clients in both leasing and purchasing of office and land. He was named the company’s Top Producer multiple times. He was also responsible for overseeing a single owned large land portfolio totaling over 3,000 acres where he led the strategic planning of 4 major business parks along with the design, construction, and operational management of the portfolio. He later joined the Alter Group where he assisted in the leasing and development of Alter’s Arizona portfolio. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in mixed-use development, office leasing and educational campuses.

Charles Henry
Mr. Henry is a LEED-certified professional whose significant national healthcare development and construction experience is invaluable to NOVO Development. Charlie’s strengths include contract negotiations and management; cost estimating and value engineering; risk management; construction staging; logistics; technical expertise; and design-efficiency analysis.
