Novo collaborated with Ottawa University to create a state of the art Residence Hall and Student Union on their Surprise, AZ OUAZ Campus. The Residence Hall is a 332-bed dormitory featuring fully furnished, four-person suites, four student lounges and the campus security office. The OUAZ Student Union encompasses a two-story, 27,000-square-foot building, houses the cafeteria with indoor and outdoor dining space, the Spirit Fan Shop, campus mailroom, student lounge with indoor/outdoor fireplace, and conference center. It is located on four acres adjacent to the community greenspace OUAZ shares with Surprise City Hall.

Ottawa University Student Union And Residence Hall

Sierra Bloom Medical Campus
This 43-acre medical campus is one of the largest of its kind in the Southwestern United States. This mixed-us development will total approximately 900,000 square feet of medical and wellness uses, including: Senior Living; Behavioral Health; Imaging; Ambulatory Surgery Center; Urgent Care and general physician practices. The project also includes walkable retail amenities and a hotel.

Winchester Senior Living Campus
Located in Winchester, VA this adaptive reuse of an older hospital is being transitioned into a combination Medical Office Building and Senior Living facility. Parts of the existing hospital are being updated to MOB space while a portion of the existing building will be connected to a new development consisting of 164 brand new Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care units in 7 stories. The new development is an infill location within a historic neighborhood and walking distance of Old Town Winchester.

Algodón Center
